MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

As a member of an Edwards Community, you will receive a membership/access card that will provide you with access to your community facilities and to The Barn facilities. This card is labeled 'Door King' and has an individual number assigned to each member. It is required that you use your membership card any time you enter The Barn facilities. We ask that you not allow any other person to use your membership card.

NOTE: Use care with these cards as they are demagnetized by a ringing cell phone.

CHECK-IN

Upon using The Barn facilities for the first time, you will be asked to sign your Door King card and furnish a photo ID. You must present your membership card (and a photo ID if requested) each time you use the facilities. If you have not yet received your permanent membership card, you must present a valid temporary card or show a copy of your membership agreement and a photo ID.

GUEST PRIVILEGES

You are welcome to bring your friends and family to share the amenities The Barn has to offer. We ask that you respect our limit of one guest per member at the pool and the fitness facility. We suggest that you call ahead to schedule your guest's visit (guest fees apply).

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Cash as well as all major credit cards are accepted. NO checks, please.

FITNESS CENTER

USE OF FITNESS CENTER

Members and their guests must check-in at the fitness desk before using the facilities. You will be required to sign a medical and injury release form and pay any guest or group fitness fees. You will need to present your Door King card as part of your daily registration.

TANNING FACILITIES

Tanning appointments can be made 3 days in advance, on a first-come, first-serve basis. You are permitted to tan no more than once every 24 hours. Appointments are made on the half hour; please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may forfeit your appointment. Please cancel appointments 8 hours in advance, or you may risk losing all tanning privileges. We require you to use eye protection. Please, NO guests are permitted to use the tanning facility.

OUTDOOR POOL AND RECREATION AREA

18 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult

Please use your membership card to check-in at the south gate entrance (directly off the main parking area before entering the pool/sundeck area). You will also need to pay any applicable guest fees at this time.

The Barn holds a state issued liquor permit, and as such, is subject to the laws pertaining to the sale, possession, and distribution of alcohol, as set forth by the State of Ohio. Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed to be brought onto The Barn premises, including the pool, and grounds surrounding the facility.

THE CLUBROOM

Please check-in at the door to the Clubroom furnishing a photo ID and proof of age. We are a nonsmoking facility. Guests are welcome (space permitting), no guest fees charged.

RENTAL FACILITIES

As an Edwards' Communities Member, The Barn offers dynamic areas for your next party and/or corporate function. Please contact the General Manager for rental fees and further information.
